Visual Report Writer   

Visual Reporter (VisRep) is the latest generation of reporting tool for Donor Management. While it is used for the same purposes as Reporter, it offers greater flexibility and ease of use. Setting the formatting of the results is interactive thus simplifying the process involved. Reports can be saved away for running at a later point in time, and date-based reports can be defined in such a way as to not require modification each time they are run.

Visrep allows you to generate reports on any file, selecting all or specific records, and then outputting just the fields required for your report. It allows you to count records, total numeric fields and interactively format the output. It can output to the screen, a printer or to a disk file (in one of several different file formats). The setup criteria for reports can be saved. They can then be retrieved later and rerun, optionally changing any criterion.
