Volunteer System

With the volunteer management and tracking system you can record all the relevant details about volunteers and search and select by almost anything. Get a list of all volunteers who have gardening skills, are available on Monday or Wednesday morning, and have a car. Find all those people who have worked in the kitchen for over 20 hours in the last month. Get all those people who were given an acknowledgement in the last year and who have worked for over 100 hours.

Online Web Donations

Like most things today the web can be used to solicit and accept donations to your organization but what happens then? Donor Management has a facility it can offer you to accept donations made over the web and import them as part of your standard donation processing with Donman. This is briefly how it works: By adding a “donations button” to your own Web site a link can be incorporated to a form on our secure site to process donations. The actual donation form is customised to your requirements with your own logos etc. By clicking the link on your page the user is seemlessly transferred to our secure site where they complete the online donation form. The Donor is prompted to provide their name, address, contact and a reference number (if applicable) that is captured along with credit card payment details, amounts and campaign detail(s) etc. On completion of the form a link back to your site completes the cycle. The donor need never know they were away from your site. At regular intervals the organisation will then log in to the site as a supervisor and securely download the latest batch of donations. The donations from the file are then read into a special import program at the Donation Processing stage and are processed along the lines of normal transactions ie banking, receipting etc. The user when reading this file of information in also can choose various defaults to use for new records and also how to handle mismatched records. Raffle/Art Union System:

With the fully integrated Raffle module you can allocate tickets, trace any ticket, do telemarketing call backs, run an electronic draw and choose from the wide range of specialised reports, including a full Audit report of any raffle. You can run any number of raffles at the one time. Tickets can be allocated by number or automatically allocated by the system.

Prospect System:

With the Donor Management Prospect module you have a mini version of donor management where you can store any number of names of people who you don't want to place on your donor file. You can run selections, print labels and write to these people and if they give - have them automatically transferred to the donor file while you are processing donations. Many of the hospitals who use Donor Management regularly import new hospital patient names into the prospect system for later use in appeals.

Australia Post Bar Coding

Donor Management fully supports Australia Posts Bar coding features. All merge and export programs allow you to export Australia Post Delivery Point Address Identifiers. With the optional purchase of the Datatools Rapid Addressing program or QAS Quick Address program, DPID's are automatically added to your donor records as you enter each name. Support for the New Zealand Postal system is offerred via the QAS program.

Multi Company Structure:

For those wishing to act as a bureau for other charities this option allows you to have multiple databases attached to one set of programs.

Departmental Banking:

If you need to have several work groups entering donations separately and want all reports and daily banking to be separate for each group then this is the option for you.
