Donor Management provides the best support in the industry. We know fundraising and our support extends well beyond the product itself. "How can I do a lapsed donor selection?" "How can I test a new Appeal letter?" Questions like this are as common to us as standard support issues like "My printer won't print this morning".

Our staff are knowledgeable in fundraising so they don't have to ask you what you mean by a 'lapsed donor' or a "Capital Appeal'.

All our staff are trained to listen to the person as much as to the problem. If you are unsure and anxious about a problem our job is to put you at ease and make you comfortable about ringing us, as much as it is to answer your question.

Meet Our Staff:

Andrew Stein (Managing Director) Andrew has been a member of the Fundraising Institute for over 18 years and pioneered most of what is now standard in today's fund raising systems in Australia. Andrew has degrees in Philosophy and Social Work (How he came from this to fundraising is anybody's guess???). Andrew originally developed Donor Management while working at the Yooralla Society of Victoria as Manager of Information Systems over 20 years ago. Since then he and a growing team of programmers have streamlined and improved it to the state of the art software it is today. Val Turner Val is the Office Manager. Val has been with Donor Management since 1994. Her other main interests are her family and travelling. Richard Amor Richard has worked for Donor Management for nine years. He is employed as an analyst/programmer and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science. Richard's main interest outside of Donor Management is computer graphic animation. Garry Lincoln Garry has been with Donor Management since 1997 and works in a Training/Support role. Garry's previous experience includes various technical roles. His main interests are walking and travelling. Murray Neill Murray has been with Donor Management since 1997 and works in a Training/Support role. Murray was previously a systems programmer with a multi-national corporation. Murray's other interests are Geocaching, electronics, microcontrollers and walking. Brian English Brian has worked at Donor Management since 2004 as a Programmer. Brian's interests include playing guitar, languages, and confusing people no matter what language he is speaking. Paul Xerxen Paul joined Donor Management in late 2006 in Training/Support. Paul's interests include AFL football, snowboarding, mountain bike riding, geocaching, and golf.
