We are continually adding new features to the system and our users are notified by email when updates are available for downloading. Here are some items being added at the moment that will be available in the next update.

A new feature has been added to all systems which adds a profile code to the Donor Database. You can import external profile codes to this or use our new RFM tool to add Recency Frequency Monetary codes to all donor records. You can then select donors based on these codes.

The notepads in the current version now have full spell checking with custom dictionaries for each user.

We've added the option to add the names of additional guests to function records in the current system.

The Trust system has new items for the Interim Report Dates now required by some trusts.

A new report allows to your select up to 10 campaign groups and list the number of donors and the amount given year by year for any selected period

The Appeal Selection program is being enhanced so that you are able to select or exclude all donors that have given to a specified number of campaigns, campaign groups, or extra codes.
